The Terrazza by Plenilunio

Terms and Conditions:

• The Terazza by Plenilunio strongly suggests to all the wedding planners and clients to arrange the permit with the Local Banjar & Police for the usage of any fireworks or fire shows.
• Check-in Time: 2 PM and Check-out time 11AM.
• The booking will be recognized as “confirmed” once the 50% deposit of the total invoice has occurred.

• Any cancellation is subjected to the payment of 50% of the total amount, or loss of the entire deposit payment.

• The balance of the total amount must be paid within 30 days prior to check-in date, The Terazza by Plenilunio reserves the right to treat the booking as cancelled if any part of the balance remains unpaid by the due date.
• Payments can be made by bank transfer or cash.
• Presence of children and infants has to be communicated before confirming the reservation.
• Security deposit of 15.000.000 IDR is required. Guests are responsible for looking after the property, leaving it in good and clean condition. Guests are obliged to partake in payments for damages, breakages or losses that they are responsible for during the period of their stay. The Terazza by Plenilunio reserves the right to reclaim the hired property if the hirer, members of the guest party or guest visitors cause excessive damage or mess.

Numbers in Party and Suitability:

The number of persons occupying a bedroom villa must not exceed the maximum number stated in the room description unless by prior arrangement. Everyone occupying the room villa must be listed in the booking information, including small children. The accommodation cannot be shared or sublet and only the persons shown in the booking form are permitted to stay in the property.

The Terazza by Plenilunio reserves the right to refuse any venue booking. Failure to comply will render the booking void and no compensation will be paid.

Cancellation by the Villa:

The Terazza by Plenilunio has the right to cancel a Client’s booking in the following circumstances:

• at any time facing Force Majeure Causes.
• if the Client has failed to pay the full balance by the due date.

Cancellation by the Client:

All cancellations by the Client must be written and signed by the individual who made the booking, either by special delivery or email.

Liability of The Terazza by Plenilunio:

• No structural or material alterations to The Terazza by Plenilunio are allowed.
• The Terazza by Plenilunio is not responsible for any loss or damaged items.
• Illegal and immoral practices which contravene any of the laws of Bali and Indonesia in The Terazza by Plenilunio are strictly prohibited.
• The Terazza by Plenilunio strongly recommends to undertake an adequate or comprehensive travel insurance at the time of booking to get protected for the full time of the visit against any illness, including evacuation, injury, death, loss of baggage and/or personal possessions, theft, cancellation and other travel contingencies since The Terazza by Plenilunio is not responsible for any of the above.

• The Terazza by Plenilunio suggests to be informed of all Indonesians Visa requirements. This information can be found to the nearest Indonesian Consulate or Embassy before booking.
• The Terazza by Plenilunio shall not be held liable for failure to carry such arrangements as mentioned which are caused by a labor dispute, acts of God, war, government regulations, disaster, strikes, civil disorder, fires, floods, epidemics, act of terrorism or anyn other conditions beyond our control.

• The Terazza by Plenilunio is registered trademark & all contents in its website or in the dedicated internet website for owner are the rights of the Villa/Company.
