    Sthala, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel, Ubud Bali, a 5-star hotel managed by Marriott International overlooks lush green Ubud landscape, dense forests and the Wos River. Sthala Ubud Bali located only 60 minutes away from Ngurah Rai International Airport and can be reached by 15 minutes from Ubud centre.

    The hotel itself is home to enchanting wedding venues. There are 4 (four) primary wedding scenes, each one of them offering a different backdrop and setting for couples to exchange their vows.

    Terms and Conditions

    1. Ceremony Venue Capacity (theatre style)
      • Wos River deck 70 persons
      • Wedding chapel 20 persons
      • Wedding chapel foyer 30 persons
      • Abing Terrace 200 persons
      • Naga rooftop bar & lounge 70 persons
    2. Additional hour at IDR 1,500,000nett/hour up to 10.00pm
    3. Rates / Prices quoted in IDR are including Indonesia 11% Government Tax and 10% Service Charge.
    4. Additional buffet breakfast is at IDR 278.,800 net/person/day
    5. Children Policy: Children are considered 6-11 years of age. Infant are considered 0-5 years of age. No charge for children under 12 years when occupying same room as adults(s) & using existing beds in rooms. Breakfast for children under 5 years is free and 6 – 11 years is 50% discount from adult rate. Infant on full complimentary basis while dining with parents.
    6. Deposit and Payment Policy
      • 30% non-refundable deposit is required by the latest of 6 months prior to confirmed date
      • 50% payment is required by the latest of 3-months prior to confirmed date
      • 20% settlement is required by the latest of 1-month prior to confirmed date
    7. Check-In / Check-Out Policy
      • Check in time at 3 pm
      • Check out time at 12 pm
      • Early check-in will be granted if accommodation is available. An early check-in can be confirmed upon payment being received for a pre night stay at the contracted rate.
      • For late check-out, every effort will be made to accommodate this request upon payment being received for the day. Room use up until 6 PM is equivalent to 50% of one night’s stay
      • Regardless of early departure of a particular reservation, all originally booked room nights (whether or not consumed) of such reservation and applicable taxes will be billed to you.
    8. Cancellation Policy
      • 60 days prior to arrival 50% of the estimated total revenue will be charged
      • 30 days prior to arrival 100% of the estimated total revenue will be charged
    9. Outsourced Food
      • The Hotel does not encourage any food outsourced outside the hotel. Should Client request specific food that are beyond the catering capabilities of our culinary team, the outsourced food will be subject to the hotel's policy and regulation and will incur a handling fee(s) that will be discussed and agreed by the client upon receiving detailed information of the food items itself. An indemnity form will be issued to be signed by Client or Vendor as liability coverage. Outsourced Food for Vendor’s meal ordered by Organizers or Client will need to go through Security/ Loading Area (not through Main Lobby area).
    10. Force Majeure
      • The performance of this agreement by either party is subject to acts reasonably beyond the control of the hotel, such as war, government, disaster, strikes, civil disorder, curtailment of transportation facilities, or other emergencies making it illegal or impossible to provide the facilities or to hold the meeting/convention.
    11. Dangerous Materials
      • Fireworks, explosives, petrol, dangerous gasses or inflammable substances are not permitted inside and around the building.
    12. Sound Curfew
      • All amplified entertainment that is outside of the hotel must conclude no later than 22.00 hours (10:00 p.m.). The Hotel will determine the appropriate level of sound amplification from 22.00 hours onwards. This is in accordance with local ordinances and for the respect of other Hotel guests. Venues with later sound curfews are at the Sthala function room with additional applicable fee depending on requirements.
