Bali Wedding Easy Teams will only Organize your Day-of Coordination Wedding events.

It’ll be the happiest day of your life.
Whether it’s a casually elegant wedding on a beachfront oasis or exchanging vows in luxurious grandeur, our attention to detail and highly personalized service will help you realize the wedding you’ve always imagined

Term & Conditions scoop of WorkPoint 1. This service BWE teams inclusive maximum 2 times meetings with The Bride & The Groom while in Bali / online, not on the wedding day.

Point 2. 3 months prior the wedding date – BWE teams received all confirmed vendors, contact details & agreements
(please booked yourself your own vendors through our website)

Point 3. BWE teams will visit to both ceremony and reception sites prior to the wedding

Point 4. BWE teams will develop of a detailed wedding timeline and floor plan based on contracted vendors and bridal party.

Point 5. Pre-event telephone calls follow up to all contracted vendors, one to two weeks prior to the wedding day.

Point 6. Supervise one-time wedding rehearsal, which will be done later at agreed date and time prior to wedding day, between contracted vendors, wedding coordinator and wedding client.

Point 7. On-site coordination and supervision at the ceremony site and during the reception on your wedding day.

Point 8. The service NOT include pick up & transfer arrangements NOT on the wedding date

Point 9. The service NOT includes listing rsvp guests. RSVP list will give by The Bride & The Groom

Point 10. The Bride & The Groom will arrange their guest sitting arrangements placing by their own, with fill form and based from developing a layout that gives by BWE team.

Point 11. The service will only include maximum 2 picks up point guest hotels arrangements, with 2 person in charge from BWE teams for managing the shuttle/transportations vice versa to the Wedding venue.
